Monthly subscription

The pilot plan is USD $150 per company per month plus applicable tax and includes five staff. The subscription renews automatically each month until canceled. Review the total shown at checkout before subscribing.

Approved-company trial

Companies approved by De Luna CRM may receive one calendar month free, with a card required. The trial deadline is reserved when checkout first opens; checkout displays the first-charge date. After the trial, the subscription renews at $150 per month plus applicable tax unless canceled before the trial ends. A failed first payment after a trial does not receive paid-renewal grace.

Cancellation

Owners can open Subscription setup in their workspace and select Manage sandbox subscription to cancel test renewals through the billing portal. Access continues until the end of the paid period. For help, contact shaun@dlascapes.com.

Refunds

All purchases are final. No refunds. Canceling stops future renewals and does not refund the current paid period. This policy does not limit rights required by applicable law.

Failed renewals

Failed renewals have a seven-day grace period. Owners can update their payment method through the billing portal.
